the frame from which this 5200 lb Kuka KR360 robot hangs also!
We design and build all of our own fence! Our fence is beefier
than those other guys' fence, especially in the door and door frame
areas.)

one-button start-up. It incorporates control of A and B
component through mass flow sensors, line speed, glass content, and
automatic box level control!)

(This system removed a piece of
corrugated fiberboard from a stack and placed it within +/- 2mm on a
servo conveyor belt for downstream processing. It also corrected
for rotation.)

(This is a typical machine add-on to
facilitate a new product introduction into an existing assembly cell.)
| Automated Paint Line Control System with Vision Part ID ( 1

(This system controlled 4 paint
robots and six turbobell atomizers. The vision system identified
the rack style, one of twenty possible, and the location of
parts on the rack and communicated this information to the PLC.
This resulted in significant paint savings by only spraying parts that
were present on the rack. Additionally, the vision system could
determine if a part had been previously painted, allowing different
spray parameters to be used for repaints.)

| Add-on PID Velocity Control System for Structural Foam Injection Press (

(Two of these were built and
installed, one on a relay controlled press, and one as an add-on to an
old MACO 8000 controller. Both presses were large tonnage
dual-injection presses and both installations resulted in
significant improvements to injection profile control, as well as
helping to identify deficiencies in the hydraulic systems.)

(our
first $1M+ project, we sold and installed 4 large downdraft spray/bake
booths for this customer to paint class A motor homes.)
| Rebuild and Upgrade 165-Ton Molding Presses ( 1

(These presses were completely gone
through hydraulically, and safety upgrades were performed on the
emergency stop and light curtain circuits. One of these presses
appears in the photos of the Automated Headliner Molding
Feeder.)
